Why a setup fee and a monthly?
They pay for two different things. The setup fee is the build, which happens once. The monthly is hosting, maintenance, support, and the improvements that keep it from aging. Charging only a monthly would mean burying the build cost inside a long contract, which is how people end up locked into five years of something they stopped liking in year one.
What happens if I leave?
Your domain and your content are yours, always. For microsystems there is a published buyout, so you can take the tool and its code with you. For websites, we hand over the content and help you move it. Nothing here is built to trap you.
What exactly do I get if I buy out a tool?
The code in a repository transferred to you, all of your data exported, and the configuration to run it. Plus 30 days of questions answered while you get set up.
What it does not include: hosting, ongoing support, moving it to a different platform, or new work on it. Those are separate, and we will quote them if you want them.
Can I start small and add later?
Yes, and most people do. A website first, then one automation once you can see where the time is actually going, then tools as specific problems show up. Adding something does not restart your term.
Do these prices go up?
Your price is locked for your term. If the list price goes up, it goes up for new plans, not for yours.
What is a workflow, exactly?
One job, done start to finish without you. A missed call gets a text back inside a minute with a booking link. A quote that has not been answered follows up on day three and day ten. A booking confirms itself and lands on the right calendar. Each of those is one workflow.
Why is consulting the only thing without a price?
Because it is the only thing here that is not a product. Everything else has a defined scope. Consulting is scoped to your situation, quoted flat, and you see it before you agree to anything.
Do I need a website to buy automation or a tool?
No. Automation works with or without a site. Tools do too, they just cost less when we already run your website or automation, because the setup work overlaps.
